Truist - 4310 Nolensville Road - Responsibilities: Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions and maintain accurate records; Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking; Support team sales process through outbound calls and identifying client needs; Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions; Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution
