Truist - - Responsibilities: Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies.; Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.; Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying client needs.; Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.; Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies.
