The Product & Design Team at Parsec Education is responsible for creating intuitive, scalable user experiences across our data platform. This team works closely with Product and Engineering to design interfaces that bring together analytics, strategic planning (LCAP/SPSA), and qualitative insights into a unified, user-friendly experience that drives clarity and action for educators and district leaders.As a UI Designer, you will design clean, intuitive interfaces that make complex educational data easy to understand and act on. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product strategy into high-quality user interfaces, ensuring consistency, usability, and clarity across the platform. This role goes beyond aestheticsyou will design experiences that help users quickly interpret data, gain insights, and take meaningful action.Ideal Candidate ObjectivesWe are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, creative, and highly collaborative, with a strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive designs.
