Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team providing home health services in Puyallup, WA. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Current Physical Therapy licensure in Washington state or a compact license with privilege to practice in Washington.
Experience providing home health physical therapy, including patient evaluations, development of plan of care, and CMS documentation.
Ability to complete progress notes per agency policy and prepare discharge summaries at required intervals.
Willingness to travel throughout Pierce County for patient visits and to cover other nearby agency service areas as needed.

Shift details: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM.
