We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position supporting students across a K–12 population. The SLP will provide speech and language services that support communication development, academic success, and overall student achievement.
Position Details- School Year: 2026–2027
- Start Date: NSY
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Setting: School-based (K–12)
- Caseload: Approximately 46 students
- Bill Rate: Firm
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy services for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, cognitive, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain a professional and student-centered therapy environment
- Required: Active Alaska SLP license
- Required: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Previous school-based experience preferred
