• Active Kentucky SLP License
• Minimum 2 years SLP experience
• Pediatric outpatient experience required
• Inpatient swallowing & modified barium swallow experience required

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Perform modified barium swallow studies and stroke evaluations
• Provide inpatient and outpatient speech therapy services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and maintain patient documentation
