Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (snf) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,260 Per Week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Taylor, Michigan. Physical Therapy Assistant ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Michigan State PTA license required to start the assignment. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Prior experience with rehab documentation, restorative programs, and common SNF equipment (gait belts, Hoyer lifts, parallel bars) preferred. Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Contract length: The city is approximately 15 miles southwest of downtown Detroit and offers access to Belle Isle Park on the Detroit River, about a 20–30 minute drive. Local attractions include Heritage Park and the Huron–Clinton Metroparks system within a 15–30 minute commute, providing trails, boating, and picnicking for an active lifestyle. The location suits a suburban lifestyle with quick access to urban amenities in Detroit and regional transit options including I‑75 and I‑94 corridors for commuting and regional travel.
