Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active California COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care preferred.
- Ability to work within an in-house therapy team and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff preferred.
- New graduates welcome; manager provides focused training and mentorship.

- Clinicians may be asked to redeploy or float to other facilities as needed.
