Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Mexico PTA State License required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) environments preferred; SNF clinical experience required for new graduates. Familiarity with Net Health / Rehab Optima documentation systems preferred. Ability to meet productivity expectations typical for long-term care settings (client notes indicate ~90% productivity expectation). Must be able to provide a resume for credentialing and possible COVID exemption considerations.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Facility may require use of Net Health / Rehab Optima documentation systems. Client accepts new graduates who have SNF clinical experience. Candidate may be considered for COVID exemption documentation when supported by submitted resume.
