Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active Oregon State PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience assisting with transfers, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
