Prior experience in an Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation (IRF/rehab) setting required. Medication preparation, dispensing, and verification experience in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation pharmacy. Experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding preferred. Demonstrated competency with pharmacy information systems and electronic medical records preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, therapists, and case managers. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital (Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation). Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days . Floating: May be required to float to other facilities within the client network.
