Phoebe Sumter in Americus GA is in need of an RRT with 2 years of experience who is open to Night shift every Fri, Sat, Sun. Details: Must have a Min of 2 years as an RRT (no travel) to be submitted. Facility has a strict 75 mile radius rule. The address on the Driver's license must be 75 miles from Phoebe Putney's Main Campus (even if they are taking a contract in Americus). # treatments per day - 70-75 a day, employees do 35 a day • Certs - BLS, ACLS, PALS, RRT • EMR- Meditech • Weekend Requirement- M-F OR a weekend shift, one or the other • Holidays- rotate in with perm staff • Call - once a month, that includes weekends (30 min response time) • Scrub Color Ceil blue • Shifts- 12 hours, 7a-7p • Floor specific orientation- 2 shifts • Types of patients - Adults and neonates, adding Peds soon, vents, bipap, hi flow nasal canula, trachs, EKG. The house including ER, Acute Care, ICU, nursery, deliveries. Nursery: preemies, pre-term, stabilization. Mother is 32 weeks and over. • Duties Required: EKG, intubation assist, Emergency response, code blue response, vent management, assessment, draw ABGs and analyzing. • Common Patient disease processes Must have good customer service skills, • Additional Notes- The state lab and CLIA now require that we have copies of employee diplomas, certificates, transcripts and/or degrees related to respiratory care, laboratory/patient testing, or chemistry training and education. This is because we perform and analyze ABGs.
