• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and caregivers
• Physical stamina to assist patients with movement and therapeutic exercises
• Comprehensive compliance documentation including background checks, health screenings, immunizations, and competency verification
