Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active PTA license in MD required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Reliable transportation for daily travel to patient homes within the branch service territory.
- Experience delivering care in home health or visiting multiple patient residences per day is required.
- Ability to travel daily within the branch service area and manage multiple home visits in a single shift.
- Preferred: strong time management and effective communication skills.
