Responsibilities
- Provide patient-focused physical therapy services per referral
- Collaborate with physical therapy team to develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain records
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Two+ years of PTA experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
