Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• Familiarity with standard physical therapy modalities and patient documentation systems preferred.
