Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to start.
• Professional SNF (skilled nursing facility) experience is required.
• Experience working 5x8 shifts in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Ability to work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and implement treatment plans.
