The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality rehabilitation services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care. Implement and monitor individualized therapy programs aimed at achieving rehabilitation goals. Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, progress, and home therapy exercises. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. This position is situated in a rural healthcare setting, providing a unique opportunity to serve a diverse patient population. This is a 13-week contract position.
