Job Duties:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on physician referrals and clinical assessments.
Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise programs, gait training, balance activities, strengthening, mobility training, and pain management techniques.
Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, cardiopulmonary, and musculoskeletal conditions in acute care, outpatient, and rehabilitation settings.
Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as appropriate, and document outcomes accurately in the medical record.
Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility techniques, and overall wellness strategies.
