Census? Average patients/day? 8-10 Minimum Years of Experience? 1 year with inpatient and outpatient experience Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Peds (experience preferred) to Geriatrics: Outpatient/Inpatient/Swing Beds Nursing home is also attached to the hospital; post-surgical, post-ortho, strokes Patient Ratios: 1:1 Required Licensure Certifications: Is State Licensure and/or National Certification required? Yes Montana PT license BLS or HS AED CPR Skills required: PT and PTA: Required: Inpatient/Outpatient experience, gait training, mobility training, strength training PT and PTA: Preferred: E-Stim, Ultrasound, Diathermy Support within the Department: PTs PTAs OTs Leadership Technology/Equipment: EMR: Meditech (inpatient), Web PT (outpatient) both preferred Floating: If yes, where? Only within the hospital for inpatient, outpatient, swing beds, and the Nursing Home Orientation (facility and unit): Up to 1 week, based on comfort level Scheduling: Weekend rotation: May come in for swing bed patients for 1-2 hours very rare On call? If so, what is that schedule? No call Holiday Expectations: No holidays Clinical Interviewing Services participants only: RTO: As part of our program, we approve up to 7 days of RTO, if the traveler is willing to extend their contract to accommodate.
