We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or mobility limitations. The PT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.
Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
Address strength, balance, and functional mobility deficits
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
Required: Active PT license in state of practice or ability to obtain
Preferred: Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience
