Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

This is a day shift position, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, guaranteeing 40 hours weekly.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for an inpatient rehabilitation role. The successful candidate will work with geriatric and adult patient populations to deliver rehabilitative care for a range of conditions including CVA, TBI, fractures, and cardiac issues.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patients' progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises.

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Experience in inpatient or acute rehabilitation settings is preferred.
