We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in an Acute Rehab Unit. This role focuses on helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence following injury, illness, or surgery.

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
• Educate patients and families on progress and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Replacement role for existing contractor
• Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Supportive rehab-focused environment

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
• Experience in acute rehab or inpatient setting – Preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• New grad welcome
