About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a quality-driven outpatient orthopedic clinic . This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy hands-on patient care , structured treatment plans, and working as part of a collaborative rehab team.
Both experienced PTAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Supportive supervision and mentorship are provided.
What You’ll Do
Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide 1:1 patient care focused on functional improvement and recovery
Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to the supervising PT
Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriate
Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Clinic Environment
Outpatient orthopedic / sports medicine setting
Modern equipment and well-organized clinics
Supportive leadership, PT supervision, and administrative staff
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active (or pending) state PTA license
New Grad PTAs welcome
Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
