Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Kentucky state PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; experience treating general ortho, vestibular/BPPV, and performing dry needling is preferred.
- Must not be a new graduate. First-time travel clinicians will not be accepted.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day with potential double-booking of follow-up visits.
- Ability and willingness to float to other clinics within the regional network as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vestibular rehabilitation and BPPV management.
- Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings.
- Previous productivity in line with 60 visits per week or similar clinic expectations.
Assignment Details
- Location: Lexington, KY (outpatient clinic).
- Schedule expectation: 36 guaranteed hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week.
- Float requirement: may float to other clinics in the region.
- Patient population includes general orthopedics across ages, vestibular/BPPV, and applications of dry needling and external pelvic health as applicable.
