Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Sugar Land, TX working in an outpatient setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This role includes 60 minute evaluations and treatment sessions and supports professional development, safe patient handling, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Experience conducting comprehensive outpatient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans, including goal writing and documentation. Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry per clinic and payer requirements. Experience with safe patient handling practices and materials handling in an outpatient clinic. Demonstrated ability to supervise and provide clinical instruction to students when assigned.

Preferred Qualifications Previous outpatient physical therapy experience delivering 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions. Experience with performance improvement initiatives and familiarity with clinical competency programs. Participation in professional development activities and continuing education relevant to outpatient care.

Assignment Details Shift pattern: 5x8. Clinical focus: Outpatient physical therapy with 60 minute evaluations and treatment sessions. May be required to follow clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, and punctuality. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, student supervision, and participation in quality improvement efforts.
