Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Greenville, OH outpatient settings where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. This role involves 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions, development and modification of individualized treatment plans, delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services, documentation of care, participation in student education when assigned, and adherence to safety and professional standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Ohio state physical therapist license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy providing evaluations, plan of care development, and 60-minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
  • Familiarity with safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and workplace safety practices.
  • Ability to supervise and delegate to supportive therapy staff and participate in student education when assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior travel or contract outpatient therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience with performance improvement initiatives and professional development planning preferred.

  • Shift pattern: 5x8.
