Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Maine Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting in accordance with clinic and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with functional, community-focused treatment programs and safe patient handling techniques.
- Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicators, and letters of medical necessity.
- Willingness to participate in student supervision and contribute to professional development activities.
- Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a high-volume outpatient clinic or with Select Medical/large multi-clinic systems.

- Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
