Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Georgia PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Ability to supervise and delegate discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student clinical education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in outpatient clinics with diverse caseloads.
• Familiarity with functional outcome measures and letters of medical necessity.
• Prior experience using clinic electronic medical record systems for documentation and charge entry.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Workweek: Monday through Friday, 32–40 hours per week.
• Candidate may be expected to follow clinic policies on attendance, appearance, and safety practices.
