Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Georgia PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ability to supervise and delegate discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student clinical education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in outpatient clinics with diverse caseloads.
- Familiarity with functional outcome measures and letters of medical necessity.
- Prior experience using clinic electronic medical record systems for documentation and charge entry.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Workweek: Monday through Friday, 32–40 hours per week.
- Candidate may be expected to follow clinic policies on attendance, appearance, and safety practices.
