Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required. Experience treating orthopedic patients, postoperative joint replacement, rotator cuff repairs, mild neurological conditions, and geriatric populations preferred.
• Experience with transfer equipment such as Sara Stedy and Hoyer lifts preferred.
• Ability to manage a typical outpatient caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day on an 8-hour schedule preferred.
• Pewter gray scrubs are the unit standard and required while on assignment.
• Preferred: Advanced certifications such as OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, or Women’s Health.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Duration: 13 week travel assignment.
• Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Shift Options: 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts. Typical 8-hour schedule approximates 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. 10-hour days may include early starts around 7:00 AM or late end times up to 6:00 PM.
• On-call/Weekends: No on-call. No weekend shifts. No overtime expected.
• Holiday Schedule: Every other holiday coverage expected.
• Interview Process: ITO will prescreen; hiring manager will interview and extend offer.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float within the client’s outpatient settings as needed.
