Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise preferred.
- Clinical documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred.
