Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, including managing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, and use of electronic medical records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ability to supervise and provide direction for therapy assistants and participate in student clinical education as assigned.
- Adherence to state practice act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.

- Caseload Expectation: 60-minute initial evaluation plus treatment sessions as standard.
- Population Served: Adult outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients.
- Clinician Responsibilities: Evaluation, individualized treatment plan development, documentation, charge entry, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
