Physical Therapist ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Start Date: ASAP ~ Shift: 12 hours, flexible ~ Employment Type: Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist This is a 13-week contract position. 0 shifts, flexible hours, with 1-2 evenings until 7 PM. The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on individual needs, goals, and physician direction. This role includes the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration. Document all care in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Provide care based on signed physician orders and insurance approvals. Participate in student training programs as assigned, fostering a positive learning environment. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and actively participate in performance improvement activities.
