Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

• Provide occupational therapy services in both outpatient and inpatient settings, primarily focusing on inpatient rehabilitation.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various diagnoses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, progress, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
• Assist with weekend coverage and adjust schedules to meet department needs.

• Valid California Occupational Therapy License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient or inpatient setting preferred.
• Previous experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population across all age groups.
