Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.


• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote function and independence.


• Document and report on patient progress to healthcare team members.


• Educate patients and families on therapeutic practices and home exercises.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.


• Maintain compliance with facility and professional standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active CA Occupational Therapist license required.


• Minimum of 1 year experience in acute care or related settings.


• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.


• BLS certification required.


• Strong skills in acute and chronic disorder management.


• Proficiency in patient and family education and communication.
