• Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Virginia COTA license (required prior to start)
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Clear professional license record and background check
• Preferred: Skilled nursing facility experience and familiarity with NetHealth documentation system
• Experience with therapeutic modalities including e-stim and ultrasound preferred
