In this role, you’ll deliver high-acuity bedside care, interpret cardiac rhythms, manage drips, and respond to rapid changes in patient status on telemetry and stepdown units. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
