• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN preferred; clinical informatics training a plus.
• Minimum 5 years clinical healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with clinical information systems / EHRs.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across clinical and IT teams.
• Willingness to travel (~10%) and provide occasional off-hours support.

• Support and maintain EHR and ancillary clinical applications.
• Configure and optimize clinical content (orders, documentation, medications, labs, radiology, codes).
• Train and support end users through classroom, one-on-one, and virtual methods.
• Develop and maintain training materials and job aids.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with IT, Help Desk, and clinical stakeholders.
• Evaluate and standardize clinical workflows across sites.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementations, and go-live support.
