Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in critical care, CVICU, or cardiac nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; specialty CVICU certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess cardiovascular patients continuously.
- Administer medications, blood products, and advanced interventions safely.
- Respond to emergencies and changes in patient condition promptly.
- Educate patients and families regarding care, recovery, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
