About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified MRI Tech in Boston, Massachusetts, 02114!

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to our team to accurately follow a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• State MRI technologist licensure for Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start.
• MRI advanced level certification preferred; must obtain if required by facility.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an MRI Technologist, including experience with high-field MRI systems and routine brain, spine, and musculoskeletal protocols.
• Experience operating MRI scanners from major manufacturers (such as GE, Siemens, or Philips) preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience working in a hospital setting preferred, including familiarity with trauma or high-acuity workflows.
• Ability to perform patient screening for MRI safety and manage patients with implants or contrast administration per protocol.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Other.
• Shift Pattern: Combination of day and evening shifts per schedule, including weekend coverage (as outlined in client schedule).
• Sample Schedule: Rotating shifts that include multi-day blocks with varied start times (schedule includes mid-day and early-morning weekend shifts).
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities within the health system.
