Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in various medical surgical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.


• Conduct patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.


• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.


• Document patient care activities in the electronic health record (EHR).


• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical surgical setting.


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.


• Additional certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
