American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week contract serving the greater San Jose and South Bay Area of California.

• Home health setting serving patients across San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City, and neighboring cities
• Day shift, Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm
• 13-week contract assignment

• Current, active OT license — license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Home health experience preferred

• Primary responsibilities include restoring and maximizing patient function, facilitating ADLs following disability, and preventing further functional restrictions
• Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs
• Goal-oriented practice focused on helping clients reach their maximum performance level within individual capabilities
