Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: CT Technologist - CT Tech Job Details: • Work 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week • Hours primarily mid-shift starting at 12:00 noon or mid-day shift with varying hours • Call required • Routine weekend shifts will be scheduled • Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) • Must be licensed by the state as a general radiographer • Minimum 2 years of experience required along with prior travel experience • Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols • Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services • Demonstrate proficiency at routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis extremities and biopsy/drainage procedures • Knowledge of processing of CT system, surgical/sterile procedure, studies with or without contrast media and cross sectional anatomy required • Local candidates will not be accepted Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services including advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities.
