American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a high-volume, fast-paced CT department working night shifts, with a minimum of 2 years of experience and ARRT (R) certification required. Details
Fast-paced, high-volume CT department with 2 Canon CT scanners (64-slice and 320-slice) Patient population spans all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Procedures include abdominal, pelvic, chest, vascular, carotid, head, sinus, soft tissue neck, trauma, brain perfusion, CTA, enterography, IVP, musculoskeletal, and spine studies (cervical, lumbar, thoracic) Advanced imaging techniques include 3D rendering (MIP, surface shaded displays, volume rendering) and multiplanar reconstruction Experience across adult and pediatric acute care, outpatient, ICU, and ED settings required Level II Trauma center Charting done in Epic (experience required) 5x8-hour night shifts, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Weekend coverage required as needed Minimum of 2 designated CT Techs per shift; CT Tech Assistant available Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience Current BLS and ARRT (R) certification required Venipuncture license required if applicable Experience with Canon/Toshiba CT equipment required Proficiency in contrast media preparation and administration, starting peripheral IVs, and radiation safety Experience at a Level II Trauma facility required Adult and pediatric acute care experience required Additional Information
