Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will utilize CT scanners to produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients internal organs and tissues, providing essential information for diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
Administer contrast materials as required.
Prepare and operate CT scan equipment.
Position patients to capture precise imaging.
Interpret physicians scanning instructions accurately.
Follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
High School diploma required; graduate of an A.M.A approved school for radiologic technology.
Advanced certification in CT technology.
Current ARRT certification.
Licensed in New York State as a Radiologic Technologist.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in radiologic technology.
Certification by New York State for contrast injections.
