This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Job Description
This dual modality position requires performing both X-ray and CT imaging. The technologist will operate independently after 9:30 PM and must have the ARRT (CT) certification.
Responsibilities
Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures on patients.
Administer contrast media as necessary and ensure radiation safety protocols are followed.
Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
Document patient information and maintain accurate records in the charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT/X-ray technologist.
ARRT certification in CT and Radiography required.
Valid Pennsylvania License or Compact License required at the time of submission.
Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage a patient load effectively.
