Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Inpatient Rehabilitation 60;

We are 60;seeking 60;a motivated and compassionate 60;Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) 60;to join a dynamic inpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients recovering from acute illness, injury, surgery, or neurological events in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on functional independence and quality outcomes. 60;

The 60;COTA 60;will implement individualized treatment plans 60;established 60;by the Occupational Therapist (OT) and play a key role in helping patients regain strength, coordination, self-care skills, and confidence prior to discharge. 60;

Key Responsibilities: 60;

  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed OT 60;

  • Assist 60;patients with ADLs including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding 60;

  • Facilitate therapeutic activities to improve strength, balance, endurance, cognition, and fine motor skills 60;

  • Utilize adaptive equipment and train patients on compensatory strategies 60;

  • Accurately document daily treatment sessions and progress toward established goals 60;

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT, SLP, nursing, and case management 60;

  • Maintain patient safety and adhere to facility and regulatory guidelines 60;

Ideal Candidate: 60;

  • Active 60;COTA 60;license in practicing state 60;

  • Inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred 60;

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 60;

  • Ability to manage a productive caseload in a fast-paced setting 60;
