We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Owens Cross Roads, AL. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for daily living and support functional recovery. Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active Alabama COTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to assignment start.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Client requires submission of a current resume to be considered for the assignment. Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with geriatrics, restorative programs, or ADL retraining preferred. Assignment Details
36-40 hours per week.
