Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active California COTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
Ability to work with geriatric populations and manage ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
Client request: willingness to work some weekends as needed (preferred). Assignment Details

Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
Schedule Pattern: 5x8.
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (contract weeks noted by client).
