Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs for therapy treatment.
  • Develop individualized care plans in coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Implement therapy interventions for a variety of patient conditions.
  • Provide education to patients and their families about treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.
  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
  • Current state license as a Physical Therapist; Alaska license required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience.
  • Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
  • Capability to float across inpatient, outpatient, and SNF settings as needed.
  • Ability to manage treatment plans for diverse patient populations, including geriatrics and special populations.
